We’ll do a 1-2h online session - typically completed with the head chef or business owner (depending on business size)
Afterwards you’ll recieve a personalised document covering; tweak to make your kitchen run smoother (and more cost effectively), easy menu alterations to add more GF & plant based offerings (without changing the menu), advice on allergens & reducing cross contamination risk. Recipe suggestions to increase your offering using the suppliers & ingredients you already work with. Ideas for team training.
