Finn is a bestselling cookbook author with Gill Books and has written for the likes of The Irish Times, The Independent and Surfgirl Magazine on environmental issues, her recipes appearing in the likes of Easy Food, thetaste.ie and the Irish Examiner. Currently working on her first fiction novel, Finn is also an editor, working on a myriad of publications from children’s books to scientific texts.
